Prepare to have your mind blown. If you have one day to visit the Grand Canyon, go to Shoshone Point. Located at mile marker 244 on the South Rim, park your car near the gate and walk about a mile down to your own (practically private!) vista. As photographed below, we brought a picnic dinner and posted up for the golden hours in pure awe.
